Just find a CVS Pharmacy location and come in when they are holding their flu shot clinic and you will get a Free $100 CVS coupon booklet that you can use when you are shopping for great CVS deals.
You DO NOT have to get a flu shot to request the free CVS coupon booklet. However, you need to go to CVS on the day they are offering the flu shot. One CVS store in my are was holding the flu clinic yesterday but another one I went into was not and the coupon booklets are only available on those days. My local CVS has 2 more Flu Shot Clinic days coming up in October and then November. You should check out your local CVS store to find out when they are offering the flu shot clinic and show up on that day.
I went in the evening when the flu shot clinic was over and asked the Pharmacists if there were any free coupon booklet left. He went in the back and did find a booklet and gave it to me. He would not allow me to get a CVS $100 coupon booklet for my friend so be aware you will only get one.
Go into CVS as soon as you can to get your free $100 coupon booklet. There are really great coupons in the booklet for brand named items. These are the free coupons that were in my CVS $100 Flu Shot Clinic Coupon Booklet. I assume they are all the same.
