This past week I used one of my $5 off $25 Flu quiz coupons and combined it with a $3 off $15 coupon that printed from the CVS coupon kiosks, and a $4 off $20 I had gotten in my CVS weekly email newsletter.

The Flu Quiz takes about 10 minutes to complete and there is no way to skip it. You must answer each question but you don't have to get the answers right.

I did find that I was able to print multiple copies of the coupon and each time it gave me a different UPC bar code number so theoretically you could try to use it multiple times.
