Where to Find Free Coupons

If you are going to save money using coupons then you will need to figure out just where you can get them. Coupons are free so take advantage of the savings they will bring to you for each shopping trip.

Free CVS store coupons can be printed from the CVS.com website. They have a special section dedicated just for that. These coupons can be combined with manufacturers coupons to save even more. Other stores like Walgreens and Riteaid also have their own store coupons that you can combine with manufacturers coupons.

Free Online Manufacturers coupons can be printed directly from websites like Coupons.com. At Coupons.com there is no registration needed. Just visit the website and check the coupons you want to print. If you want to get special coupons that might be good for just your area then you can input your zip code but if you don't care then just click and print.

Other online coupon sites that offer free printable coupons include Smartsource.com, Redplum.com, Bettycrocker.com, and PGEverydaysolutions.com. You may have to register at these other sites to be able to print coupons but registration is usually free. And, if you don't want to receive their newsletter just make sure to deselect any checkmarks that enable the newsletter. You can still register, login, and print free coupons.

The Sunday newspaper offers Free coupons each week in the coupon inserts. Most Sunday newspapers will have 1, 2 or sometimes 3 coupon inserts. Buying the Sunday newspaper will pay for itself within one visit to the grocery store using these coupons. And, many grocery stores will double the value of these manufacturers coupons so you can save even more.

Here's a tip: if you have a larger city near you or you live in a larger city, make sure to purchase the bigger newspaper for that city. They will have more coupon inserts and often the coupon values are higher than in smaller cities and towns.

The library will often have a coupon box that they put all of the coupons from their Sunday newspaper in. Many library patrons never take advantage of these coupons so you could go and scoop them all up. Check to see if your library have a coupon swap club.

Are you in the military? The Commissary is a great resource for free coupons. Multiple types of coupon inserts are available right at the front door and individual coupons are available throughout the store. Even if you aren't going to use them today, grab coupons from the shelves for future use. You do need to remember that many of the coupons you get from the Commissary are only going to be good for military and Commissary use so you probably won't be able to use them at a regular grocery store off-base.

Why not have family, friends, and neighbors save coupon inserts for you. If they aren't going to use them why let them go to waste and throw them away when they can save them for someone who will use them.

And of course, the best way to save money and optimize your shopping experience is with coupons is to combine discount coupons, manufacturers coupons from the Sunday newspaper or printed manufacturers coupons with store sales and sometimes store coupons.

Coupon Shopping to Save Money

Saving money using coupons is only good if you are matching a store sale to a manufacturers coupon and getting that product for super cheap or nearly free.

Coupons are usually issued by manufacturers for consumer packaged goods (CPG) or by retail stores and they are for using in retail or grocery store as a part of sales promotions. Coupons are often distributed nationally through the mail, magazines, newspapers, the Internet, and mobile devices such as cell phones.

At CVS you can do just this by not only using the store flyer to find the weekly sales but combining those sales with manufacturers coupons and sometimes finding great CVS coupons online at the CVS website, or in a special CVS coupon booklet you can get in their store during special events like the flu clinic. On top of that you can participate in ECB - Extra Care Bucks - sales each week. Take a look through the CVS flyer and you will find they are offering products that give you Extr Care Bucks back the next week.

It is like getting money to go shopping and then getting that product for free. Well, free, usually only if you find a manufacturers printable coupons to go with the sale. But, often times they are giving you that product for free.

Why? Well the only way you get it for free is if you use the ECB the next week. And why would you just go into the store to use the ECB? They are hoping that you will come back next week and buy more products. There is a method to their madness so to speak and it ends up with you spending more money out of your pocket.

But, if you are smart you will turn those ECBs into another super coupon shopping experience. Once again, the next week you take your CVS sales flyer, find out what is on sale, search online and through your Sunday newspaper for coupons in the inserts, and get those products that are on sale this week and that will earn you more Extra Care Bucks back the next week. In this way you can keep the money rolling and spend the least amount of money out of your pocket.

Two new free CVS coupons just came out and they are really good ones. The first coupon is a $5 off $20 and the second CVS coupon is a $5 off $30. You can use both of these high value CVS coupons during the same CVS shopping visit to get a combined total savings of $10 on your CVS shopping order.

To get the first $5 off $20 CVS coupon start here and then click to peel back each of the CVS Pharmacy ads they are showing. When you get to the last ad you will get the option to print your $5 coupon. This coupon is valid until December 31, 2009.

There is a brand new free CVS coupon booklet coming out November 1, 2009 at your local CVS store. Some CVS employees are calling this a CVS Christmas Catalog because it has Christmas gift ideas in it. Inside between pages 24 and 25 of this coupon booklet there is a $4 Extra Care Bucks back when you spend $20 at CVS coupon.

As usual this ECB Care coupon is only good for qualifying purchases and exclude alcohol, gift cards, lottery, money orders, prescriptions, postage stamps, pre-paid cards and tobacco products. It cannot be combined with any CVS coupons.

Because CVS may have a problem with people coming in and ripping out the $4 back on $20 ECB coupon from the middle of this booklet you may have to ask your CVS employee for a booklet. They may have them behind the cash register.

There is a limit of one free CVS coupon per CVS ECB card.

Did you know that CVS has a section on their website where you can clip and then print out free CVS coupons? Enjoy these coupon savings next time you shop at your CVS/pharmacy store. To print your coupons, check the box next to the Clip! icon, (or click Select All Offers) and then click Print Now. Please note. These coupons can be redeemed in-store only, and all manufacturer requirements must be met.

You can use these coupons with a manufacturers coupon to save even more money at CVS. Make sure you take the coupon with you that shows CVS on it and if you want to also use a manufacturers coupon with that same product you will need a separate coupon that just shows Manufacturer on it.

You should also sign up for the CVS Extra Care Bucks program if you haven't already. When you go to CVS carrying your free sweetie CVS coupons you have printed from their site you will want to have them scan your CVS ECB card. That way you will get credit for your purchases.

Make sure to sign up to receive emails from CVS because ECB card holders will get special coupons emailed them them every week. Have you heard of the CVS Advisor program? From time to time, CVS will be contacting you via email to participate in online surveys about CVS and products. In appreciation of your participation in these surveys they will compensate you with Extra Bucks between the amounts of $2 and $15.

The purpose of the CVS Advisor Panel is to solicit CVS customer's input through on-line surveys about CVS/pharmacy stores, products and services, and to obtain your suggestions for how CVS can improve CVS.

There is no right or wrong answer to a survey. CVS wants your honest opinions on how they are doing and what they can do better. FREE CVS $5 Off $25 Coupons

Have you taken the CVS Flu Quiz yet? You should because you can get a printable coupon that you can use on your next order of $5.00 off $25.00.

And, you can combine this coupon with other manufacturer's coupons, Free CVS coupons, ECB coupons, or dollar amounts off coupons. This past week I used one of my $5 off $25 Flu quiz coupons and combined it with a $3 off $15 coupon that printed from the CVS coupon kiosks, and a $4 off $20 I had gotten in my CVS weekly email newsletter.

And the good news? There is not only one flu quiz coupon available, there are 2. You have to take the CVS flu quiz two times but your total savings will be $15. You will have to spend $50 total to use both coupons.

The first Flu Clinic Quiz is available through the Minute Clinic who are the people who are holding the flu clinics at CVS.

The second Flu Clinic Quiz is also available through the Minute Clinic.

The Flu Quiz takes about 10 minutes to complete and there is no way to skip it. You must answer each question but you don't have to get the answers right.

I did find that I was able to print multiple copies of the coupon and each time it gave me a different UPC bar code number so theoretically you could try to use it multiple times.
